CANADA ELECTIONS ACT

Amendments to the Lists of Provincial Acts Specified in Schedule IV to the Act

Pursuant to subsection 71.014(2) of the Canada Elections Act, notice is hereby given that Schedule IV to the said Act is amended, by adding the following names of the Provincial Acts under the headings hereafter mentionned, as follows:

(a) under the heading New Brunswick, the following Act:
Elections Act, S.N.B., c. E-3

(b) under the heading Northwest Territories, the following Act:
Elections Act, R.S.N.W.T., c. E-2

And by adding the following heading and Provincial Acts, as follows :

Nunavut

Nunavut First Elections Act, R.S.N.W.T., c. E-2
Vital Statistics Act, R.S.N.W.T., c. V-3
